By accessing this website or attending any Savoir event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Eligibility

Participation is strictly limited to individuals 21 years of age or older. By registering or attending, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is truthful.

 

2. Nature of Savoir

Savoir offers curated, private experiences. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and well-being at all times.

 

3. Consent

All interactions at Savoir are based on explicit, informed, and ongoing consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time and must be respected without question.

Any form of non-consensual behavior will result in immediate removal and exclusion from future events.

 

4. Discretion & Confidentiality

Discretion is fundamental to Savoir. By attending, you agree that:

  • No photography, video, or audio recording is permitted.
  • You will only speak about your own personal experiences.
  • Any information, observations, or encounters involving others are strictly confidential.

This obligation of confidentiality applies indefinitely and survives your participation in any event.

 

5. Confidentiality Agreement

All concepts, experiences, identities, and interactions encountered at Savoir are considered private and confidential. Disclosure to third parties, whether public or private, is not permitted without explicit written consent from Savoir.

 

6. Reservations & Payments

Reservations are subject to confirmation. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

 

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Dutch law, Savoir is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in events or use of this website.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, concepts, and materials associated with Savoir remain the intellectual property of Savoir and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

 

10. Amendments

Savoir reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current version.
